CFM Institute of Computer Knowledge (ICK) in partnership with Microsoft Education Philippines trained the faculty members of Manaoag National High School (MNHS) last October 20-21, 2018 at Manaoag, Pangasinan.

The training workshop with the theme “Retooling Teachers for the 21st Learners: Be a Microsoft Innovative Educator” aimed to have a one on one coaching through the hands-on activities and participants will learn to develop presentation tools to help them become more effective in delivering lessons in the classroom. The employment of different ideas which were imparted by the speakers will help boost the ideas of the teachers to become more globally competitive in their own field.

MNHS faculty members headed by their Principal Dr. Jerome S. Paras, Assistant Principal Engr. Edwin P. Quinto and ICT Coordinator Donna M. Salinas completed the 2 days training workshop with an emphasis on the advance topics and usable features related to academics of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. The participants were also taught on the usage and integration of Offce365 and OneNote in their classes.

The trainers were Mark Anthony D. Madalipay, Eugene S. Perez, Marck Anthony E. Caspe, Joanna Galopo-Perez and Maycee Ellamil.

It was the second cycle of training held by the team, first were at Angeles City, Pampanga. The group is looking forward in conducting same training workshop at Northern Luzon. The training-workshop is being offered for free.
