December is a season and time for most to celebrate with friends and colleagues. The spirit of Christmas is best celebrated when people come together and enjoy the company of each other. Surrounded by warm greetings, heart felt smiles, exchange gifts, and captured moments, 2019 has ended wonderfully for CFM Institute of Computer Knowledge (ICK) last December 15, 2019 at Lower Magat Eco-Tourism Park, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya.
The event started with opening prayer, followed by some thank you messages from the management. The year end party was filled with different activities such as games, eating, drinking and exchange of gifts.
CFM Employees also enjoyed the beauty of the Lower Magat Eco-Tourism Park, and took their time to have pictures and does different activities in available in the park.
Everyone end the party with smiles on their faces not simply because of the material things they had received but also because they have experienced the essence of Christmas which was the sharing of the love that Christ called each one to do.
The management also recognized its employees who gave their best and full efforts for the whole year.
The benefits of engaging with employees at a christmas party are similar to rewarding them. The value found in enjoying the festive season with colleagues in a more personable environment cannot be understand.
