
CFM Institute of Computer Knowledge participated in the startup basiqs workshop conducted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in partnership with QBO Innovation Hub and Metro Clark ICT Council held at Imerex Hotel last November 5, 2018.
DICT Startup Basiqs is a startup workshop with the topics; Startups, Tech Entrepreneurship, Lean Canvas Methodology and Business Model Canvas. The workshop aims to educate the people around the country on how to start a startup. This project is part of DICT’s #seedPH Digital Startup Development Program.
QBO defines a startup as a project with the potential to be highly scalable working to solve a problem where the solution is not obvious.
Participants from CFM-ICK were Mark Anthony Madalipay, Rhea May Flores and Marla Chantengco, they were given a chance to pitch for their startup ideas during mock startup presentation.
