Shielany Yarcia Salgado
Shielany Yarcia Salgado, commonly called by his colleagues as “Shiela” or “Mam Shie” and a millennial mother of two children is the Branch Manager of CFM-ICK Solano Branch.
As Branch Manager, she takes care of all concerns of the branch and ensures that everything fits into place and as needed. She also serves as Lead Coordinator for the flagship program of CFM, the Advanced Computer Education (ACE) Program for the Solano Branch.
She finished her Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Banking and Finance at Saint Mary’s University.
She started her career with Wheeltek Motor Sales as Sales Representative then promoted to Branch Bookkeeper. As a bookkeeper, she was awarded Best Bookkeeper of the Year for 3 consecutive years. From being bookkeeper she was promoted as Branch Manager.
Her dedication to work is exemplar and she always believes that success is a result of positive action combined with positive thinking. During her off days from work she spend her day with her children and family, watching movies.
